      Work from home and starting salary was good.

      Company does not give raises AT ALL, but doesn't tell you this during interview or hiring process. The only way to increase your salary is to be promoted. An RN cannot move up in company. We have no real representation. Non clinical people determine our work flows. It's all about numbers and not the patient.
