I had a decent salary, the company has a good portfolio of existing customers, their consultant team knows their stuff and is a big value add to what they do. Work-life balance was good, time off was honored as needed and when asked. There are some solid folks who work for this company and they're great to be around and work with.

Being a part of this sales team was challenging. The sales culture wasn't very good and there was high turnover on the team - a combination of people leaving for greener pastures for a number of reasons, and unfortunately, some folks got fired for gross misconduct on a few occasions. Product is average for the industry and you'll be competing against larger companies with more resources and very similar product offerings. The small size of the company can be a challenge.
