The program management role at Clozd is incredibly challenging. The team's leadership is a significant pain point. The department is led by a micromanager whose approach relies more on fear than on building others up. While he is a genuinely wonderful person on a personal level, his lack of trust in his employees severely limits his ability to recognize and develop the greatness within his team.
Also, the way the leadership handles employee transitions is highly concerning. Once an employee has run their course or decides to move on, they are treated like dead weight or outcasts. This lack of respect, combined with heavy workloads, high stress, and constant uncontrollable variables, has resulted in severe team burnout. The team's morale is significantly affected by the poor treatment of departing colleagues.
