      Energized by a new CEO and management team with a gritty desire to move fast and win. Very rewarding and refreshing for the right type of motivated individuals. Not for the faint of heart!

      The main con is the complacent and slow moving culture - which is rapidly evolving. Tough current market conditions will pass and new leadership will position the business for long term success. There are a couple of bad eggs who create a really toxic and unproductive workplace. Hopefully they’re sorted out over time.

      Great work environment, great mentor program, given a lot of responsibility as an intern, plenty of support to fall back on, and great team to work with.

      A bit unstructured for an internship. Wasn't given an end goal or specific "task" that I'd accomplish by the end of my internship.
