Great instructors but overwhelmed by poor management practices - Recensione dipendente - Front Desk presso Club Pilates

At the location I worked at the owner was letting in way more members, then we could handle. They would constantly sign people up and lie to them about how easy it was to get into classes meanwhile they were booked months in advance. New members and current members could hardly get into classes and we’re all complaining to me about something that I couldn’t even control. If you decide to cancel your membership because you can’t get into classes and you’re wasting your money, you have to pay $100 cancellation fee or freeze your account for $15 a month. So no matter what you’re paying money. It’s a scam. The classes themselves are great and the instructors are great, but the system sucks. Another fun thing is if you decide to put yourself on the waitlist that they have a lot of times people will cancel at 3 AM and you’ll be automatically put into the class and you get a email not a text so by the time the morning comes you don’t even realize you were pulled into the class and you get charged $10 for canceling and $15 for no-show. I would get a ton of those complaints as well. It got so tiring having to lie to people about being able to get into classes that I couldn’t do it anymore. I decided to quit because I couldn’t take how greedy the owner was and how I was getting all the anger.
