Paired with good insurance options, 401k and a more than fair PTO system, these are all excellent offerings from a small company. I think our HR team is excellent and have always been available for any questions I've had. They may not always give me the answer I want, but that's not their job. -Very little turnover.

-With the addition of new features and changes to the software, there are sometimes bugs. Bugs are difficult for staff and customers to handle. It would be nice to see more resources added to the testing and programming side of the operation. -Some staff believe they should be promoted or moved up due to their seniority, not their actual work performance. This sometimes causes a negative vibe among the staff. If you expect to get promoted because you've been here for a few years and have done average work, you'll be disappointed with the outcome.
