The CEO thinks he’s know what he’s doing. Revenue of the company has been falling and they haven’t been able to come out with a major release for years . Senior leadership team especially CEO Alok lies to board and customers about health of company. Internal issues , CEO hasn’t been able to scale company and can see increased pressure companywide by recent layoffs Dysfunctional company that won’t last long and is like a sweat shop disguised as a “software company “

The people who have been there for years are amazing people to work with, at least those who are left. You can learn a lot working there since you'll be expected to wear many hats and are thrown into the fire very very very often.

Management is very quick to blame and punish, while taking away many perks we enjoyed, which in turn caused many good people to leave. The company had a mass exodus of 30-40 people within a year. They also don't seem to hesitate letting people go as well. The headline isn't a lie, it used to be listed as a Great Place to Work, but no longer has that distinction.
