The day I started I could not believe the flith of my headset phone and computer , which I had to share with another employee on another shift, I have photos of it I was so shocked , when i pointed it out I was told clean it myself if I was that bothered?Noisy office , HR obsessed with childish parties, like snapchat !!!! Dreadful leads and from day 1 listening and criticizing the calls even though was getting abuse from the leads I had to call
