As someone who was excited to join CluneTech’s umbrella company, I was beyond disappointed about my experience working there. There is no standardization, the work culture lacks humanness, understanding and support. Management is quite unprofessional and lacks true leadership, mentorship and transparency. It felt like I was an outsider within the team. It’s safe to say the environment made me feel unhappy being there.
