This created low trust between colleagues and encouraged unhealthy internal competition instead of teamwork and collaboration. Leadership lacked transparency, and difficult situations were handled with little empathy. Expectations changed frequently, while employee concerns were not taken seriously. Overall, the company culture created stress, uncertainty, and low trust in management.
