Exceptional company to work for. Great pay and strong culture

Company is evolving, but that's a good thing

Excellent medical benefits and one of the better pay scales in the area. The manufacturing area is one of the cleanest that you will find. The culture is changing as they add more people to the manufacturing and corporate sides of their business and they are listening to the voices of the workforce.

They are still working on changes as a new stand-alone company and are having a hard time communicating changes as they occur. Many of the long--term employees have an entitlement attitude which is leftover from the original DuPont Company. Manufacturing rotating shift schedules are difficult. they are trying to improve them though.
