The work environment is disorganized, with poor communication and unrealistic demands. They required me to subscribe to expensive software for work and still haven’t refunded me for it. No support for employee well-being—most people leave burned out. They lie about the job, your responsibilities, and growth opportunities. What they promise isn’t what you get.
