2moThanks for taking the time to share your review. We’re pleased to hear that many of your interactions with colleagues felt positive, being welcoming, supportive and easy to talk to is an important part of how we work in our stores.
Our Customer Team Members play a hands‑on role right across the shop, from serving customers to handling deliveries and supporting online orders. The pace can vary from day to day, and the mix of tasks is a standard part of the role. We recognise that people experience this differently, and we always encourage colleagues to raise any concerns during their time with us so they can be looked at directly.
Online orders, including those through Just Eat, follow the timings and processes set by the platforms. When something doesn’t run as expected, the right route is for colleagues to flag it through their usual store channels so it can be reviewed.
Your reflections on behaviours and inclusivity matter. Everyone should feel respected and able to contribute, and we rely on colleagues to speak up in the moment or use our reporting routes if something isn’t right.
