We appreciate your comments regarding shift patterns, fairness, and workload. We would always encourage colleagues to raise any concerns directly with their Store Manager, particularly around shift rotation and working beyond contracted hours, so these can be addressed locally and fairly. While it is true that we encourage colleagues to book holidays in at the start of the holiday year, we do understand things can change.
