      Regular pay, paid holidays and free uniform, colleagues that have become friends good health and safety record can see wages online and hours worked.

      1 30 minute break in 8 hours, If we go over our targets we don't get paid any extra or get any extra breaks, but if you don't reach it you get chastised and made to feel like a criminal. Work most weekends have 1 off in eight . Management who tell us to reach our targets got there by being suck ups and would probably be sacked if they had to do our jobs. Not even a thank you or finish early on last day before break up for Christmas no bonus or a penny sweet.

      Thankyou for your review. I'm sorry to hear you are not enjoying your job at our Co-op and would not recommend it to others. Regarding your breaks, if you are not getting the legal requirement please raise this immediately with HR as this should not be happening in your team. Again if you're not happy with your contracted hours or the overtime you are taking on please raise this with your manager so this can be looked into.       Team got on well, hours weren't particularly harsh (pay not particularly impressive either)

      Overworked due to corporate ruthlessly cutting hours (while hiring more staff?), generally piling on more and more work to the store team without considering time constraints, absolutely no opportunity for advancement while a store manager is already there
