Awful Pay Higher management do no physical labour Store Manager was a bully Area managers come in store and expect it to look pristine each time and suggest things that they have no clue about as they don't work in our particular store Working busy saturday night shifts in a small local store with 20+ cages of stock you're expected to put out but have 2/3 other staff on with you and even if you get all the deliverly completed, then higher management complain about if the facing isn't quite to their standard No breaks for team leaders Absolutely no work life balance Poor contracted hours compared to actual hours worked. Always a part time contract even though I worked full time hours. Leading me to never take a full week off due to missing out on wage
