Certain AB managers gaslight adjusters and will try to convince them they are not meeting goals when really we’re overworked, overworked and not enough staff, made to seem like we aren’t meeting goals when we are understaffed and overworked. Be prepared to work way past your shift daily but not be paid overtime. Most staff are leaving or getting burned out and on stress leave. Every tech supervisor has different “rules” and might get in trouble for asking another supervisor for help. Limited help. New hires are being paid more than tenured adjusters
