- A very good place to learn (for new hire) and good place to grow (for mid career)
- A lot of opportunities / benefits given to employee who can perform and for those who wants to do more within the organisation
- A very result oriented company who believe in "Nothing is impossible / We have to make it happen"
- Always achieving with the best intent of investors, shareholders and all stakeholders.
- Company has its ups and downs. But will take from past mistakes and see how we can do better each time. Good management foresight (if not we wouldn't be doing better every half)

Considerably a positive work environment, depending on the team you are under. Great operations team led by a highly ethical Chief of Operations less/or apart from the remaining senior management.

Unrealistic sales target. Senior management motivates sales team via a single word, Greed. Can be considered unethical with poor senior management leading the company.
fun coworkers and smart people all around you to learn, helpful colleagues

Micro and mismanagement from the management level, you hire people to learn from them not to scold them like your domestic workers everyday.
