They don't hire back previous employees, and they aren't transparent about it. They won't just tell you outright that they don't hire back former employee's, even if you gave them more then 2 weeks-notice. The pay may sound good, but overall, in your paychecks it's not worth it. The most hours you get to work is 30 a week, and that's if you even get that many hours. They also don't offer you opportunity for job growth, so you are part-time and that's all you'll ever be. And you don't get benefits or 401k, so it's only good for someone who's new to the job market.

Vantaggi

Great mission of trying to help users take control of the car shopping and buying process. Dealers have, for so long, had the upper hand. CoPilot is trying to give consumers the advantage, which is a wonderful thing to fight for. In addition, the culture fosters individuality and bringing your genuine unique self to work each day.
