      Money and benefits are competitive if not better than other mid level AE gigs. They invest in you and actually train you. My manager is great but that is case by case.

      You are going to have to grind to be successful (but that’s pretty much any sales job). I will say the pressure feels a little heightened than my previous sales jobs. They are very metric focused and you will need to log everything so be ready for that.

      I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
