      Occasionally, some cool people to work alongside. Good health benefits but those aren't worth the price of admission

      I can confirm many of the cons folks list here. CEO berates employees. There's a lot of hamster on the wheel emphasis -- look like you're doing something. Just hit a meaningless number and you're "productive." They will do whatever to show another consecutive quarter of revenue growth. But the stock is in the toilet. So someone isn't believing the numbers.

      I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
