Vantaggi

Pay is great, benefits are great

Svantaggi

You HAVE to work in the car for 8 hours and you cannot stay in one location for more than two hours. Long term this is terrible health wise (constant back pain). This is a recent change as we used to be able to work from the car and at home. They are ALWAYS tracking you and there is a camera pointed at you in the car. The job is all about numbers so the more you do the happier they are. If they don't find you're being productive they will tell you (may be written up as well). I really don't see any room for advancement unless you're in a major city with an office. Everything is micromanaged. Managers just care about the numbers/metrics.

Thank you for leaving a review. If you are experiencing back pain you should let your manager know and seek medical attention. We know that change is difficult and not always well received and we are sensitive to the demands of the field research job. However, the Field Research role is a critical one in terms of the value the data brings to our customers. Unfortunately in may not be for everyone. We’d like to gather more information, please email us at hrdepartment@costar.com.

Vantaggi

I worked for Homes.com - Great first job out of college to learn a lot about sales and can make good money in the first 3 months - FIND PEOPLE THAT HAVE DONE THIS JOB AND HAVE LEFT AND FIGURE OUT WHY CUZ THEY'LL TELL YOU

Svantaggi

I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
