-They say you'll be doing much more but you are just making calls all day for first two weeks to angry mom and pops who are harassed by constant phone calls from trainees -Very bent on achieving call targets and saying all the branding statements on phone -Expectations not stated clearly; no one tells you that if you don't reach targets during one week of assessment, you will be fired. So be careful if you join as their "Research Associate"

I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
