This is not a one track mind company, they accept that each person is an individual and look to develop their strong points and place them in a position to succeed (naturally with their own motivation).

Metrics are difficult, however proving that you are capable of doing your job and succeeding is not impossible. As said above, they promote individual success: they want you to prove you want to succeed and if you can do that then there shouldn't be any problems.
