They give you all the resources to do your job, ipads, iphone, computer, projector, screens, etc. Def high tech company. Allow you to shadow people in different markets to learn your own style of selling. Proven statistics of metrics of what works and doesn't works. It's all a numbers game.

Svantaggi

It's the Costar way or no way, by direction from corporate. If you don't make you numbers, you should fear for your position. Expectations don't seem to be realistic.

I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
