*Great products. *No competition. *Well-equipped salesforce, ie. iPhone, iPads, Projectors for presentations and meeting. *Nice offices with fruit in fridges. (free breakfast Monday and happy hour Friday)

*Terrible clientele (cut-throat brokers, appraisers). *Very Unorganized. Terrible CRM. No supportive platform. *Unrealistic expectations. *False promises. *Bad compensation plan (some may say it is unfair). *Low Pay to their salesforce unless you are in the top 5 and in good markets. *Terrible management from the top down. They don't know how to motivate top talents. *Micro-managed. *(Old) Male dominated. Sexist.
