12 hours of work on an. 8 hour day. Terrible sales training. Expectations that are unreasonable. Un-proven sales style and technique. Tests that you better not fgail.

New sales team members spend several weeks learning and training with proven professionals. Our training team includes sales directors and vice presidents who started out in those very same training rooms, put in the time to learn our product and methods, and thrived. After formal training ends, we pair you with experienced mentors who are available to guide you and answer questions. I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
