Great people, good managers. The benefits are really good and the building is beautiful

Compensation plan is incredibly difficult to understand. The only thing about the comp plan that makes sense is that it is punitive. You are charged reversals meaning you are punished for clients that don't renew their subscription. Even if you had nothing to do with the sale you are still punished. It is an effective way to not pay your salespeople.

I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
