In response to your comments about development and mobility, our leadership is committed to providing exposure and access to internal mobility opportunities within CoStar Group. In fact, internal mobility and increasing exposure to opportunities available to employees are areas that we have had tremendous success with. In addition to highlighting these opportunities in our internal newsletter to all employees, we’ve also recently launched a skills and training program specific to our Marketing Research employees to help them develop into future leaders at the company. We’ve made significant investments recently in training, mentoring, and diversity, equity & inclusion programs for employees and rolled out a more targeted manager training program this year, which is helping to strengthen the skills of our people managers. These programs and skills training opportunities are helping us identify and cultivate the next generation of talent at the company, and in 2020, we're proud to say that 24% of our hires were from internal candidates.
