Really nice office space and good pay for what you're doing. They like to hire young people and who need a job, so it can be a good place to get a foot in the door. There is also some room for advancement.

This is a very sales driven company and the sales department is run like a big contest, not too much strategy going on. To compensate for sales strategy they pump out new products. The company culture rewards sales more than anything and they're not so much about personal growth.

I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
