      - great office location and amazing facilities - good training - love the team and my former colleagues - interesting job where you get to talk with lots of people in the real estate industry - the product is incredible and shows the investment the company is making

      - lots of changes without much notice (my job title changed two times during my time there) - sometimes feel collegial - job can become repetitive so one needs to be internally motivated and to want to succeed

      I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
