Vantaggi

Great benefits/rates. Pretty awesome co-workers!

Svantaggi

This is an organization that "will do what they want for who they want". If management wants someone in a role, they will make it happen - even if it means overlooking very qualified employees. This happened to me, and was specifically told that management was aware that said person did not have the experience, but that “you will be doing the work”. Additionally, I was denied an annual bonus because of some bogus reason, although I supervised a team and was told that I was bonus eligible. I was not made whole, and this left a bad taste in my mouth. Little to no transparency with how things are done in the department or organization. DEI efforts started strong last year, and the organization's DEI Program Manager made great strides; however, momentum was lost due to lack of support by leadership (at all levels), especially during the last couple of months of my employment. Not sure how the organization can turn things around at this point, especially when you look at the amount of turnover and who is leaving. Minority employees are literally jumping ship. No autonomy. No work-from-home flexibility and no concern for those who wanted to continue to do so for valid reasons.

Vantaggi

I worked for Homes.com - Great first job out of college to learn a lot about sales and can make good money in the first 3 months - FIND PEOPLE THAT HAVE DONE THIS JOB AND HAVE LEFT AND FIGURE OUT WHY CUZ THEY'LL TELL YOU

Svantaggi

I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
