      We appreciate your response, and I’m sorry to hear you did not have a positive experience at CoStar Group. We’ve been working to improve our employee experience, and have developed new ways to communicate the Company’s strategy and plans to all employees.       I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
