As in most jobs there are certain numbers that must be met in Research in order to ensure the quality of work is being done at the right efficiency, but CoStar Group works hard to instill in managers and directors that Research is not based on just metrics – we look to evaluate researchers based on the quality of their work and the service they are able to provide to their clients. While we do try to find creative and new ways to help researchers increase efficiency, we know the importance of the relationship between researcher and client, and that value is something that cannot be measured in a number. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we are looking into the issues you brought up as they do not reflect the goals of this company and should not continue.
