Micromanagement, racism, lack of concern for employees or their lives, management calls employees outside of business hours and expects them to work during PTO, racism, lack of diversity and inclusion, lack of pay increases, racism, lack of opportunities for growth, HR is a joke (good luck reaching them or getting a response), dishonesty from senior management and CEO, lack of WFH opportunities or flexibility in schedule, many other things including racism. If you don't get Covid vaccines and boosters you will be terminated for sure.
