      Not one comes to mind, even after being away from the company for 18 months, I have PTSD from this position. There is no amount of money that could ever bring me through those doors again.

      Keep this in mind, the starting salary has been the same for years, what was once a huge draw to put up with this horrid position, has now become at or below market.

      I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
