We appreciate the feedback. I want to make sure you know that the lines of communication are more open than you may think. Any inter-departmental questions you may have can often be handled more directly – particularly for Human Resources, as we know many topics are very personal. If you don’t know who to speak to, email HRDepartment@costargroup.com and the right person will be able to get in touch with you to help. For any issues that need to go up the food chain, but we recommend keeping your direct manager in the loop because they know you best, and will be able to help advocate for you in terms of reaching the right people.
As our Sales structure has recently been reorganized to better fit all members of the Sales force, new policies for the promotion review process in place, looking at both an individual’s skills as a salesperson as well as a potential leader, when it applies.
