recently acquired several companies so going through a lot of changes..not much room for growth in other departments other than research or sales.

Research and Sales are our largest departments and as a result there are many options for personal growth to accommodate such a large workforce, but that’s not to say our other departments are restrictive. Accounting and Product Development, for example, offer numerous individual development opportunities that allow for skill development and the ability to take on new responsibilities. As CoStar Group continues to grow, we are constantly working to provide even greater opportunity for growth for our employees, and those will continue to evolve as time goes by. I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
