This is such an unorthodox method and ineffective. Also all the training is like cold calling people in the industry in which who wants to give up that kind of personal and confidential information that this company is asking for? It's a lure of benefits and pay, but creates a very stressful environment not setting one up for success. People do make it , but they either hate it or not. Really in the end to each their own in choosing this company. It was NOT a fit for me.
