Benefits were excellent. Clients are excellent. Direct manager was excellent. High reward for upper performance which applied to our team and all of our team members.

CEO is... and for the division I worked for the only great management was direct line. Beyond that it was a joke. No support, no kudos, no continuous training to keep a competitive edge Technology is super dated and it is a technology company.

I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
