The benefita have improved over the years, which now allows them to lure fresh graduates hungry for any job exprerience (most will leave in a year or two)

The rest of it: management, work atmosphere, crazy turnover, pointless meetings and ridiculous all-hands to stroke CEO's ego, endless grind without any real career chance (at least, in my field), uptight upper management that treat you like an expendable cog and would probably treat you even worse if the law allowed it, profit-only mindset. Also it's really telling when multiple former colleagues tell how their mental health has improved after leaving the company.

I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
