The projects are interesting, especially if you enjoy working at the intersection of AI/ML and real-world applications. Leadership is approachable, and there’s a lot of trust given to employees to take ownership of their work. It’s also a place where you can wear multiple hats and grow quickly if you’re proactive.

Processes and structure are still evolving, so things like ownership, communication, and expectations aren’t always as defined as they could be.

No egos and "seniority" friction - Ability to have lots of impact and grow due to the smaller company size.
