Risposta di CoVerica Insurance
5yThank you for your feedback. In the last twelve months, we haven't had a negative exit interview with a new grad or an intern that we know of. Of the group of interns or new grads that we've had here at CoVerica over the last 12 months, those who were let go were let go for one of two reasons: cause or insubordination. We're not sure where this is coming from and we wish this had been brought up with a direct supervisor during a weekly meeting or before things escalated so we could address the issue.
CoVerica has built a culture of personal accountability. If you were unhappy with anything at any point in time, we wish you would have said something sooner so change could have been implemented. We encourage use of our open door policy, because in fact, there are no office doors here at CoVerica to encourage openness and cooperation.
That said, during COVID19, CoVerica was one of the only insurance agencies, brokers, or carriers who kept their intern/grad program fully intact. In fact, not only did we not shut down our intern/grad program, we added to the team because we believe developing new talent is a high priority. During this time, many intern/grads were made full-time employees.
Pay is scalable to the work. We put everyone on a base pay + commission schedule well above industry average, which many interns and new producers have been having wonderful success with.
We wish you luck in your future endeavors and we are willing to discuss your concerns if you reach out to us so that we can address the issues. As always, if you need a reference please let us know.
