The company is very focused on their sales culture and invests time and money to ensure their people are developed. They hold a store manager conf which I believe is crucial to their success as this is a way to refuel and re-energize their people and show them where the company is headed the next year. This gives their people the "why?" and builds excitement for the next year.

Their upper management, DM and RM, have no clue on how to train and develop their people. They do not invest in their people and give off the impression that they do not care who works for them.
