Mindful, tend to hire people who are self-aware and self-motivated. Can easily move between departments
Svantaggi
High pressure, top management tends to be a boys club. For a company dominated by female employees, there is an obvious glass ceiling

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for your 10+ years of service. Working with so many talented, caring, and driven people is one of our favorite parts of coming to the office every day.
We’re sorry to hear that you felt there was a glass ceiling during your time at Coach. We strive to promote an inclusive culture and are very proud of our gender diversity. Today, 66 percent of our employees and 77 percent of our store managers are women. In addition, 50 percent of our Operating Group and over 50 percent of the overall leadership team is female.
- fast paced days with lots of client interaction and team building moments
- fun product dropped monthly with opportunities to be the first to own popular drops
- opportunities to grow*
- a great starting place to learn how to provide an elevated shopping experience and learn how to build a client book
Svantaggi
- * Opportunities to grow only present themselves if you have a positive relationship with the management team and/or the DM
- Corporate tends to lead on candidates and promise advancements or change verbally but little is done to correct behavior or advance within the company
- Your store manager will determine whether the team is harmonious and fair, can be a double edged sword
- you will be asked to do tasks or take on projects outside of your position with no additional compensation. It will be heavily frowned upon to decline said opportunities and tended to lead to being denied advancements
- during ICE activities in the city, Coach refused to make a statement and or provide guidelines to how we as a store should respond. Associates were punished for absences related back to ICE activities
