Very good training system. Gives you tools you need to gain knowledge to succeed in future career paths. Helps staff develop strong leadership skills. Bob Neubauer, Kat Eaton, Lindsay Misiaszek, and Tobey Viveiros were some of the best bosses I have had in my working career. Sad to see them leave Wrentham.

Management in store is poor. Did not help staff at the time grow within the store. They give you the tools to succeed but never help you grow after that. More than one management staff was very racist to Hispanic/Asian customers and staff. I have also witnessed sexual harassment get reported on the management level and then swept under the rug before it was taken any further. I am disappointed to see these specific staff on the management team still employed at Coach and the ones that left a positive impact on my life and advice to grow in my career, have left the store. Wrong people in power at this location.
