High level of performance at all level store to corporate/management. Innovative and always finding ways ot give product a fresh spin or way to dig deeper in the numbers or consumer insights.

As in all companies is reflective of particular management team. (USW) In my particualr division strict dress color code of all black and only black clothing all the time; not much autonomy given below executive team. Employees treated as children who must learn to defer and execute based on orders from higher chain of command. Very difficult to advance and cut throat politics by mid level managers who spent years vying for promotions by throwing new employees and junior team members under the bus to make themselves look better. This was not reflective of all business units or teams
