It's a luxury company pays yet they are comfortably paying so little to their employees. Unpaid trainings, minimum wage pay, but they pay a lot to keep their customers happy? It sends a message that they undervalue their employees. Also I quit because not only do they pay minimum wage they also expect customer service reps to sell.....on top of cx service with no commissions. . . like excuse me? I was the top sells person at a prior job because of my sales commission on top of my salary. They want the stress of a sales job with no real benefit to who is preforming??? that's ridicules. I had it as a side job but I quit their is better paying companies that value their employees better. What an irony, luxury company? not luxury paying

The pay Lack of commission Treatment from the customers Expectation that a customer service rep should do sales? Those are 2 different departments they can blend the functions but I bet they would never blend the pay

- * Opportunities to grow only present themselves if you have a positive relationship with the management team and/or the DM - Corporate tends to lead on candidates and promise advancements or change verbally but little is done to correct behavior or advance within the company - Your store manager will determine whether the team is harmonious and fair, can be a double edged sword - you will be asked to do tasks or take on projects outside of your position with no additional compensation. It will be heavily frowned upon to decline said opportunities and tended to lead to being denied advancements - during ICE activities in the city, Coach refused to make a statement and or provide guidelines to how we as a store should respond. Associates were punished for absences related back to ICE activities
