We understand that challenging targets can be tough, but we – like many other companies - recognise the importance of setting ambitious goals that drive growth and success. We use OKRs to align the team around clear priorities, and we’re continually refining our approach to make sure expectations are both challenging and achievable for our team. In terms of turnover, whilst we haven’t always got everything right, we are committed to continuously improving employee satisfaction and retention, and actively working to create a supportive environment where all employees feel valued.
