The founder/CEO has no processes to follow and puts nothing in writing. Training is a phone call or a loom recording of the CEO trying to give directions. Often it starts as informative and then goes off on a tangent. The CEO takes no responsibility and solely points the finger at the employees. You can't trust anything that is said by the CEO to be followed up on, and often the CEO completely backtracks on the promises he has made.
